Access to the congress involves the payment of a registration fee, whose amounts are defined in the table below.

*To prove their enrollment, undergraduate/master’s students must attach a copy of their student card or statement from the respective educational establishment in the space provided for this purpose on the enrollment form.
For PhD students, the general fee applies.
Exemptions: The members of the Honor Committee, the Scientific Committee and the members of the ESCS (host institution) who will be part of the organization are exempt from payment. Persons who are unemployed are also exempt. However, everyone must register.

GILM is an informal group without legal personality, its treasury being handled by the Regulatory Entity for Social Communication, as a permanent member of GILM. The congress registration fee is exempt from VAT.
To make the payment, you must transfer the sum corresponding to your personal situation, according to the registration fees in force, using one of the following payment methods:
GILM is responsible for any costs inherent to the payment methods you choose.
You must attach proof of payment (proof of Paypal operation or bank transfer) in the corresponding field of the registration form. If you wish to receive proof of payment received by GILM, please request it in the field corresponding form.
Following the payment you will receive an email with the ticket. Please present it when accessing the congress .
